We are a small mental health practice specializing in working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, executive functioning deficits and/or other social learning challenges.
Summer 2024 Group Information
Our programs have always been fun, engaging, hands-on learning opportunities for individuals of all ages.
Registration is open!!
How it will work:
All groups will be run in person.
All groups will be run by an SLC Staff member.
All groups will have no more than 5-6 participants at one time.
All groups will be 6 weeks in duration.
Please note the dates and times for each of the groups below.
If you are interested in signing you or your child up for a group, look through the list of groups that we are offering and register below.
If you are new to the SLC, an intake for groups is required to ensure the classes we are offering are an appropriate fit.
